Stay at Est hotel not the greatest
Overall the stay was ok. Few things. Guest service wasn’t good. I even heard front desk fighting with a man checking in and full blown argument very unprofessional as I was waiting in the lobby. Even when we were checking in the same clerk at the front desk was short dry and in the middle of me asking question she began talking to her colleague in a different language. I also questioned the staff working in the hotel. None spoke English. Couldn’t tell they actually worked at the hotel. On the Night Shift coming back the front desk person was lounging on the couch in the lobby talking on the phone in a foreign language. Was weird. The room didn’t have proper hot water we waited 4-6 min before the hot water started. The tv has no hdmi hook ups. The wall next to the ac was dirty and disgusting. The pillows and sheets had stains and took us 3-4 to ask to have them changes. The pool was also closed which is something that wasn’t disclosed when we booked either. So it was disappointing as we couldn’t swim as we had planned. There was no water coffee or tea offered in the front lobby. Couldn’t even order anything because no one was working. All together I would gladly say I would never stay at the hotel or even recommend it. I’m not a picky person but with conditions being poor along with terrible customer service I wouldn’t suggest it to anyone.

Disappointed
The room was nice, the outside of the hotel was a mess, there was holes in the side of the building, cracks on the door entering the lobby. The morning representative was cold and her demeanour was not pleasant. There was no hot water for the shower, and walking around in the humidity to come back to a cold shower was terrible. My two kids had a hard time with the cold water. There was no access to the pool, and no breakfast available in the mornings when it was stated online that there would be. I was very disappointed and dissatisfied This is not a place I will ever stay at again.

Worst hotel we've ever booked
Simply the worst hotel we've ever booked. Stinks. Filthy. Rude, condescending and dishonest service. So bad, we wouldn't stay there and had to book at another hotel for the night - even though the EST hotel would not refund that night's booking. Asked for a new room - told no. Asked to have the room cleaned - told no cleaning service available. Told them the room stank - Arsh at reception sprayed some perfume type spray around the room and turned on the AC. Asked for the manager - Arsh at reception would not provide his phone number.
