Great Hotel in Center of Chicago
Very nice hotel in the heart of Chicago. Everything went very smoothly from the time we arrived until we checked out. All staff were courteous and helpful and assisted us with everything we needed. This is an excellent option for the downtown of Chicago.

It was ok
Had to switch rooms because window was broken and blinds wouldn’t come all the way down. The repair guy they sent couldn’t fix it. The water pressure in the shower is pretty bad, and the bed and pillows were uncomfortable. That said, the room is relatively spacious and offers some nice amenities like a Nespresso machine, and the location is really fantastic, walking distance from everything you can think of.

Sister Trip to see Broadway
We had a lovely stay at Arlo. I would absolutely stay here again. The location was perfect, just a block from the bean and Millenium Park, and around the corner from all of the broadway theatres! It was a bit noisy (could have used a white noise machine or loud fan in the room at night) and the bathroom could’ve used a door that seals or at least a solid bathroom fan (it doesn’t hide any noises), but we got by!

Great Stay
Fantastic stay at this hotel! We stayed over the weekend and could not have been happier. The location os central to most everything. Plenty of dining options within walking distance. The staff is beyond friendly and professional. Will definitely stay here again!
