When entering it looked very nice. Stay 3 days so my husband could have surgery at the VA close by. The first morning we got up to get a Continental Breakfast. They have cold breakfast sandwiches that were still frozen. Then the next morning all they had were Bagels. Nothing hot. Then we brought lunch in and went to the pool after lunch and when we went back to our room there were ants all over the food we we’re going to have for dinner. Talked to the front desk and she said she was busy but she will contact me later and give me another room. Never called. Very unhappy.

My son and I have stayed here numerous times and have always been very pleased. The staff is professional, friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean, and the location and parking are very convenient. Will definitely stay here again when we are in the area!

The room we received keys for was not ready. Quick remedy was done to get us in a new room. The new room had the same old body lotion from prior guests on bathroom counter. Popcorn kernels left on floor as well.

False Advertising!
Advertised breakfast and fitness center. I normally do not eat breakfast but I appreciate and count on a cup of coffee. I stayed in 5 hotels this week in Florida and they all serviced food and the fitness facilities were open with added precautions.

Dim lighting, loud clunky coffee maker, coffee was awful. Room overall was great, shower was wonderful, nice comfy beds. Sad that amenities were closed, including shuttle. Had to Uber to airport.
