Be ready to pay in cash. Credit card not accepted.
First of all, I was expecting to pay with credit card. But the owner requested to pay in cash. We are in a trip it will take 3 months and I need my cash money for other things like food and taxi etc... Finally I had to pay the hotel in cash. I hope I will not run out money before and of the trip... Hotels.com should apply the hotel charges online then we will not have any money issue at the property... Secondly, the room was much smaller than 269-sq-foot. No closet or wardrobe even no space to install closet or wardrobe. Room is so narrow. There is no enough space to move easily... The room was clean and well maintained. My train back to Cusco was at 4.43PM, I was able to keep the room until 3.30PM. Thanks to owner for this. Breakfast was good. I wish I did know the room was small and I was going to pay in cash, before I was in the hotel. These two issue must be clearly indicated on Hotels.com pages.. It would help to choose the correct hotel/room...

Three days in Heaven!!!
We had an amazing time at this cute hotel in a room with a million dollar view. Very clean, hot water, nice breakfast, etc. and of course, Wi-Fi!!! The owner went above and beyond in making our stay comfortable. My wife and daughter were very sick and he brought them chicken soup to the room to make them feel better!!! He was very attentive to help us, we are very grateful and satisfied for his amazing service! We will definitely return again!!!

I was conned at check out
I have arrived on 4th March for a 2 nights stay. I was the only one guest. The lady hostess speaks good English and seemed helpful. However, i did not been served normal breakfast as i was the only one guest there and not even water supplied. I had to buy. No toast no juice. I have found the rate went down from 76 dollers per night to 50 dollers per night. So i spoke this about this because 26 dollers per night was a big difference esoecially i did not get what it was promised. The partner on the heck out agreed me to pay the advertised rate on the website and i have paid in bolivia money. I asked receipt but he refused. Now i have found the difference was charged from my bank account and i am not happy at all. He said he agreed to accept the current rate on 6th March on the website which was paid by bolivia. He did not tell he would charge more secretly. I would complain to hotel.com
