Very comfy bed and delicious breakfast. Onsite parking was a bonus (but as noted by the hotel - beware the narrow entrance). Very well situated with local restaurants and pubs very close. Recommend ‘Cwrw’ for a pint or two.

Lovely spacious room with comfortable beds and an equally roomy bathroom. Staff were very helpful and facilitated an early check-in which made our stay a lot easier. Delicious breakfast after a good night’s sleep!

I stayed in one of the apartments at the rear of the main hotel. Very clean and spacious and a very relaxed atmosphere, ideal for winding down after a long day. All staff were helpful and friendly and there was a lovely little bar area with comfy furniture.

We stayed for one night and found the room very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good. We parked in the main town centre car park which is seven to eight minutes walk away. There is a vey nice Italian restaurant nearby which serves a delicious risotto. Be sure to try it out.

Exceptional Stay – Best in the Area! Our family had a wonderful stay at this hotel. I cannot remember their names, but the receptionist and the staff member who helped us find parking were incredibly friendly and helpful. We have stayed at several other hotels in this same area, but the staff service and overall cleanliness here are far superior. We highly recommend this property and will definitely return.

I stayed in the “cosy double” and was pleasantly surprised, the room was bigger than expected, very comfortable and clean. I got to enjoy a nice long bath after an hard couple of days and enjoyed my stay. All this was made even better by the lovely lady on reception who went above and beyond to help me and make sure I was happy, she is a credit to the hotel.

Lovely hotel with helpful friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Breakfast was severed hot. No dinner served at this hotel. If eating out, be sure to book ahead of time as always full with no space to spare. Parking was a bit tight, but managed with a big SUV.

Parking ok if but a little difficult to get to. The access is very narrow. The hotel was very clean and the staff very friendly and efficient. Shops are near by and a really good Indian restaurant is across the road.

I was very happy with our stay at Spilman hotel. We were running a bit late, but we call the hotel, and explain our situation. The very friendly Lady who answered the phone, insured that all was waiting for us. We manage to arrive before closing hours. I got a nice cold Guinness before bar closed. Breakfast was very good. Everything was good. I will return next time I visit Carmighten.
