Well-located hotel/guesthouse with nicely renovated, comfortable room. No luxury (except for in-room air-conditioning) but clean and with everything a traveler needs. Pretty noisy though: right next to a busy road, lots of contractors working on an annex building even on a public holiday, plus every arriving guest seems to pass through your room because of the wooden floors and narrow corridor among others. Ample parking space but guesthouse is also a restaurant so no parking guaranteed for hotel guests. Close to Pisa's city center but you nevertheless need a car to get there. Nice breakfast with lots of local products but nothing hot to eat though, despite the big, fully-equipped kitchen next to the beautiful breakfast room. Kind and helpful staff.
