I’ve stayed twice at this hotel. It’s a solid option for Bangalore Centre. Good rooms, nice views of the lake. Set back from the major road, so a bit quieter. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I’d stay again. I stayed in a regular room last time which was good and did get a VIP upgrade to a really unique room this time. It was spacious, nicely appointed, and overall really excellent.

I had booked a Lake View room, but when I arrived, I was allocated a city view room. when queried, i was then shifted to the booked Lake View Room a little later on the day. I would have preferred being told during check in that this was being done due to non-availability of the Lake View Room at the time of Check In. Apart from this, I have been pleased with the hotel and its presentation and the staff. Generally well taken care of.
