Love!

Initial comfort was not great because the air in our cottage didn't work. We were finally moved to another cottage around 9:45 pm on our check-in day. The night manager was friendly when I finally got to talk to him but it was an ordeal trying to get through all the hoops to finally move. That being said, he was awesome and took care of us from there. We were moved to an identical model with a blessedly cool AC. A complimentary Gold Level upgrade was unavailable which was kind of a bummer. We really love this location, close to Disney without Disney prices.
