It’s a beautiful hotel! Everything is very clean and looks new. The kids loved the pool. The grab and go breakfast was the best that It could be. The rooms were beautiful and spacious. Staff was extra helpful.

Chaotic weekend
We have stayed here many times and this was by far the absolute worst we have had since staying in the Easton area. The hallway outside our door was filled with kids running and playing ball up and down the hallway all hours of the day and night. The front desk was alerts but the chaos continued. We had to sign a waiver for quiet time starting at 9:00 pm. The chaos was still going on after 1:00a and started again just before 7:00a. This was supposed to be a weekend of relaxing but it was everything but that.

I picked this hotel for 4 reasons: 1 close to legoland, very convenient 2 price. It’s a suite that I needed for my family of 6 3 pool. To occupy the kids during down time 4 breakfast. 1 was great. 2 promotional price for 150 a night and that was ok 3 the pool chemicals were much too strong, it made 3 of my 4 children cry that night. 4 inadequately stocked. The hotel was sold out and the hotel did not have enough food or beverages.

Everyone was courteous and the common areas and room seemed very clean, but there were some unpleasant smells. Our room smelled of mildew that someone attempted to cover up and the hallways reeked of weed.

The Staff was courteous and attentive! They are great! Our room was clean and tidy, and VERY nice to stay in. We will be staying at this same hotel when we come back to visit Columbus! This by far has been our favorite hotel ever to day!
