After an initial blip with an unasked for (and unwanted) upgrade to a 2 bdr apartment on the 30th floor, the reception team reaccommodated me to a more suitable apartment after I asked them to. Super friendly and helpful front desk team made this stay worthwhile. Perfect location - the arts precinct, ferry terminals, train to airport, city, lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Swimming pool was fab for morning laps. Kitchen and laundry in the apartment bery convenient.
