A dated but clean hotel. Everything is OK, but furnishings etc all old. Gym and spa are OK.

What's Good; - Pleasant staff. - Good size room. - Breakfast was good. - Evening buffet dinner was good. Not so good; - Very limited choice of English speaking programs on TV. - Various signs were in German with no English translation. - Snacks and drinks in the fridge in the room were expensive. - Cleaning lady knocked on the door at 09:10 am. Had to tell her on 3 separate occasions that the room did not need to be cleaned. Same problem on the following morning. The cleaning ladies need to learn the English language.

Chambre confortable et personnel très plaisant et compétent. J'ai apprécié, en cette période covid compliquée, de pouvoir déjeuner le matin en salle et de pouvoir commander un dîner en ville, livré et organisé par l'hôtel. Je regrette (l'hôtel n'y est pour rien) de ne pas pouvoir bénéficier de tous les services.

Das Frühstück war für Corona Zeiten Klasse und gut organisiert. Was mir nicht gefallen hat das, obwohl im Internet "kostenloses Frühstück!" steht, dieses auf der Rechnung erscheint.

Das Zimmer war sauber und groß genug, leider waren die Matratzen nicht so toll (eher durchgelegen). Das Frühstücksbuffet war lecker und es war für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Die Badelandschaft war klasse und viel größer als erwartet. Ein großes Becken mit Strudel, ein Solebecken, Außenpool (beheizt) mit Rutsche, Sportbecken mit Sprungturm und ein Babybecken. Leider hat das Bistro nur bis 18 Uhr auf, obwohl das Schwimmbad bis 21 Uhr geöffnet hat...ziemlich unpraktisch (gerade mit Kindern).

Sehr schönes, sehr sauberes Hotel. Tolle Corona-Frühstücks-Lösung am Buffet. Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal. Wir hatten nichts auszusetzen!

Komfort-Zimmer war ausreichend groß und modern eingerichtet, schönes Badezimmer Trotz Corona-Pandemie war es leider sowohl am Frühstücksbüffet als auch am Abendbüffet sehr eng und schlecht organisiert, es fehlte z.B. eine Art Einbahnstr.-Regelung. Leider waren auch fehlende Teller, schlechtes Nachfüllen u.a. ein Problem
