Lovely and Gatlinburg charm
I dont know there are so many recent bad reviews of this hotel. It was clean, charming, and comfy. We stayed two days. Maid cleaned the room while we were out. Everyone was nice. Check in was a breeze. Only slight inconvenience was they put a hold on my card two days before the trip for the first night. I was only charged one night upon arrival though. No security deposit or hidden fees

Bloody pillow
I had to stay at a different hotel because this place was disgusting I had went though 4 rooms before deciding to just get a refund. The first room had a big blood stain on the pillows. All the other rooms were not clean and had mold in them. We decided to stay at creek stone inn.

Not the greatest
The stay over all was decent. The toilet didn’t work in the room at all hardly. Barely even would flush and the shower head pressure sucked. Also it was either really hot or cold. Never would really go warm for some reason. Kept switching back and forth between hot and cold while taking a shower. The pools were ok. Lots of fun at them with all the other guest and kids. Only other down fall is that the other guest kids were running around like crazy at night and early morning, but that’s typical for a holiday weekend. Just need to fix there toilets and showers to work better

This hotel was disgusting, the pictures are definitely deceiving. The walls were nasty, the bathtub was disgusting, the sheets had stains all over them. It was horrible. The room smelled bad, the customer service rep was unprofessional and rude. I will never stay here again

Disappointed Franklin, NC
The room had an overwhelming musty/moldy smell as soon as we walked in. The bathroom door and other metal fixtures were rusted. The carpet needed professionally cleaned and there was old gum on the headboard! Bathroom vanity was in poor condition and could tell it was very dated and needed a professional sand and paint job with new hardware or replaced. Paint was scraped and missing hardware. Very unsightly. Larger TV would have been nice. A good update to this hotel would make it a much better stay and I feel like would bring people back. Due to condition of room, we did not even attempt the pools and left immediately the next morning. The location is ideal so close to Dollywood and other attractions. I expected better. Money should be spent in getting these rooms to a better standard. The walls and bathroom all needed caulked and painted. It looked like someone that was not a good painter had attempted to do the job and wasn't finished or done correctly. Staff was very friendly. We will not be back.

Worse place I have ever booked
The room was dirty! blood stains on the comforter on the beds. The bathroom was dirty the whole room looked like a roach motel with bed bugs! The desk clerk was rude when we ask for a refund also due to the air conditioning unit not working. The pictures online are not close to conditions
