This hotel is a 3 star at best. The pool water was cloudy, had far too many unsupervised kids shouting and splashing about. The lounge chairs have had their cushions removed and they are downright uncomfortable. The breakfast buffet is like a madhouse with very little organization. The area surrounding the hotel feels like a war zone. On one side is ongoing, noisy construction and on the other side lay piles of rubble. Many of the surrounding buildings are abandoned and in a poor state. Very depressing.

Locate just across the public beach and a convenient way to stroll along the beach! The terrace restaurant does have perf view of the city on one side and the ocean on the other side. It should be noted that the roof top infinity pool is not a heated pool. Room with ocean view (with balcony) does provide an excellent view. It is highly recommended.
