When we got to the hotel there were no staff around to assist, but after a few minutes of looking around managed to check in. At check in I did confirm that breakfast was included. Room was clean and spacious and the location was good for getting around. In the morning however when I went to order breakfast they wanted to charge me, I explained to them that was included and even showed my booking copy,eventually after a while with me holding my ground the management relented and I got my breakfast that I was entitled to. Some of the staff did not speak English so that did not help matters. Overall the hotel and room were good.

The hotel is close to the Airport. There was an issue with our booking where the Reception claimed they could not find our booking. It took almost 30 minutes to resolve. The room itself was great but the WiFi wasnt working there. WiFi worked in the lobby. Even though we booked our room with breakfast, they insisted we had to pay to pay for breakfast. Eventually got resolved after another 30 min discussion.
