The staff was friendly and provided good communication. The property was well kept, spacious, and clean except there was a few ants in the kitchen. The Property have a nice view of the river and only a short taxi ride many popular places in Ho Chi Minh.

A nice property but not appropriate as a hotel
The property we stayed at was nice and the staffs were fast response and friendly. However, there are crucial things that can be improved. First of all, it is very important to mention that you will always need to call someone to get into the apartment, to use the gym and even to use the elevator at the building as they use fingerprint access control. We stayed for 4 nights. The first 3 nights we were put in an apartment with a broken TV and then we were moved to a bigger apartment on our last day due to some kind of maintenance that needs to be done. Moreover, the address is not shown properly. It shows on hotels.com that the address is 70000 ホーチミン2 Ton Duc Thang street, district 1. However, the actual property we stayed at (Aqua 2) is located 15-min walk away from the mentioned address. This can be considered as misleading information. We were pretty satisfied with the apartment and the staffs, but we're quite dissapointed due to the misleading/ lack of information.

It’s a great value. Very modern and up-to-date and you can’t beat the panoramic view from the 40th floor. The people who run the place are fantastic. Quick and efficient as well as friendly and helpful, Ghimmy and Quenie are there for you. They even loaned me one of their phones so I could get access to WiFi around town. Thanks for a great experience!

Tried to book this property for the night of the 7th. Had no check in after mid night. Flew in it was booked couldn’t get in. Contacted Expedia to cancel the booking. The “hotel” wouldn’t pick up. Now I’m out 200 bucks. This place shouldn’t even be listed here.

This is a beautiful property in district 1. It is a lovely 3 bedroom 2 bath condo in an apartment complex. I think it's important to mention that most communication comes through email/online. There's no front desk to "check in" because this is not a hotel, but Stephen was great in the process. There is a front desk to help you get a taxi as there are none waiting for you but it is an easy process. There is pretty view of the delta/river, but there is lots of construction going on currently so it is not as picturesque as it will be in the future. Pros include beautiful apartment with lots of space, comfortable beds, good kitchen amenities, and pretty view of delta/ river. Cons include not as walkable (about a 10 minute walk before you get to city center), construction going on, noise at night (but I'm a sensitive sleeper but ear plugs work great). Overall, great property especially if you are a large group and want kitchen access but if you are looking to be in the middle of the city and walk everywhere, probably not the place for you.

First of all I would like to point out the attention to detail the minute I booked!!! I recieved a message via Whatsup with more pictures and the contact person and address of location. I was also offered airport pickup. The apartment was beautiful!!!! It had everything and the view made us not want to leave the apartment as you see all of SAigon from the balcony!!!! Such a great experience for us!!!
