Since the hotel is so close to everything in Dumaguete, I always stay here when I visit. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the location is quiet and safe. The facilities alone have begun to deteriorate, although they are still suitable for a few days' stay.

Enjoyed the room; staff very helpful. Biggest negative is the lack of soundproofing between rooms and between building and very noisy streets below. Dining very limited. Bed are comfortable enough but sit too low to the floor.

It does the job, but very noisy if you have a room street facing and the interior is worn. However you know what you are in for and cannot judge the room based on what it is not - rather what it is. 1-3 nights ok but if you need longer you may want a resort instead. Overall for our overnight stay it did the job!
