After seeing good review, I booked this hotel but by mistake I booked 2 rooms for our family of three (husband, wife, kid). I requested both Hotel.com and Viaan management to kindly consider cancelling one reservation but they didn’t as it was under non refundable policy. Fair enough. They upgraded my room and added breakfast in lieu of the other room and we stayed in one room only. About the room - so called super deluxe was leaking and rain water coming through sides of closed window. Each of the staff hotel made sure that they make us feel that they have obliged us by giving complimentary breakfast to the extent that they denied giving any breakfast to my kid (who asked for a cheese sandwich). One word for the whole management - Pathetic ! PS - this is not a rant, that I lost money on double booking but the behaviour of the staff after that was very bad. I strongly recommend not to choose this hotel as it would only spoil the mood of ur stay.
