I generally do not write reviews! But this one forced me to... Went as a couple to stay at the property (La Montana) for 2 days. We checked out 5 days ago when writing this review. The wifi did not work until we left, the television never worked always giving error that payment due. When we went to eat breakfast we been asked to leave because it was very close to "closing" time . Very rude staffs. Bathroom stinks - no proper showerhead or hot water. Staff had to come 3 times to fix our telephone - which was broken. They worked on the telephone for 1 hr in the middle of the night. There was a big spider in the bathroom which required their staff to come with a stick and kill the poor thing in the middle of night. Total thumbs down for this place!! I guess this hotel was rebranded from "saagar" which probably horrible as well. Do not go by the looks !!! The views are amazing but everything else is a downhill.. Spend some more money and go somewhere else - just skip this place! Rude staff, poor management on room (telephone, tv, wifi, hot water, service, etc). If you decided to stay here- bring your own towels as well. OR skip this place and go somewhere else...
