"The JW Chandigarh was fabulous in terms of the room, cleanliness, food and amenities. However, for me what will always be a cherished memory was the hospitality and attentiveness of the dining room staff which made our stay truly memorable I would like to specially thank manager Anil, Shabiz ,Shivam & Jaideep . All in all , a fabulous stay."

"Excellent hotel to stay in sector 17 , nice views ***** Walking distance to main shopping market in sector 17 It’s known for best shopping in the union territory. "Wonderful experience during our stay and the service provided by Aruna’s team was exceptional. I would like to specifically acknowledge the following members for their outstanding support, Nikhil in restaurant , Rohit and Vinod for their assistance while we were dining . Aruna was amazing and generously offered us a free upgrade. Had booked three rooms. Anjali from Reception, whose professionalism stood out. Special mention to Abhishek from Reception, who was extremely warm and courteous...

"It’s beginning to look a bit dated. Other than that it’s a typical Hyatt! Excellent staff and service. Big props to housekeeping staff (especially Rahul) for prompt response every time we needed extra bottles of water. Morning breakfast (gluten free menu) was also great. Hotel was very good in arranging prompt transportation every time we needed to go out. Loved the Diwali decor and festivities. Very close to a large mall where I could easily get my daily 10K steps!! "

"Had a very great experience. Dinner buffet was really good. Sector 17 was nearby so it was easy to do shopping."

"Location is very good! Staff was friendly too! The clients visiting the hotel at random hours were sketchy ! Place might be being used for extramarital affairs! That’s my observation!"

"Emerald Luxe Boutique Hotel: A Perfect Family Getaway! We had an absolutely wonderful 3-night stay at Emerald Luxe with our family, and it exceeded all expectations! The staff were incredibly supportive, caring, and welcoming from the moment we arrived—always going above and beyond. Breakfast was a highlight, with all meals delicious and fresh; the aloo paratha was especially mouthwatering and authentic. Any request we had, big or small, was handled promptly and with a smile. "Being a Le Corbusier new town venue, circa 1950, it reads at first like the strip development it was designed to be, but once inside it’s a pretty sophisticated hotel. Great staff. Less pricey than the Marriott down the street and quite comfortable. It’s a favorite with locals, families and anniversary celebrants. The food is very good, the bar is open and they do great things for those who would love a cocktail. I was very happy here. "
