"This riad was the most beautiful place we've stayed in, ever! Exquisitely decorated riad in an authentic style, clean spacious rooms, friendly attentive staff, delicious breakfast. This riad is a hidden jewel box in the medina."

"I had a lovely stay at Riad Tara."

"Riad Mayfez is a lovely boutique property in the Fez Medina. The staff couldn’t be more helpful. The spa was amazing and our cooking lesson was so much fun. Definitely our highlight stay in Morocco."

"Excellent staff, the most beautiful riad (hotel) that we stayed at in Morocco with good breakfast. "

"Friendly staff, comfortable accommodations, proximity to markets and restaurants. "

"Next to the main road where you can get a taxi. The proprietors were kind and constantly inquired us about our stay to make sure we were well taken care of."

"We had a fantastic stay at this Riad that we ended up spending one more night here. Starting from the beginning, we were welcomed with freshly brewed mint tea. The host offered us lots of usual travel tips and also checked on us regularly to make sure we‘re alright. The room is spacious and decorated beautifully. The breakfast consists of omelette, coffee, different kinds of bread, butter and home-made jam. Everything was served directly at the table…it felt exclusive and the portion was...

"Nice stay with unique location and riad. Easy access to main riad with awesome food and beautiful view from rooftop terrace. Very clean. "

"Graciously accommodated our super last minute booking, and everything was great. Beautiful rooms, lovely staff. Hot water in the shower and a space heater made everything very comfortable and warm! "

"Well located Old palace renovated with comfortable rooms Owners and staff are very caring for the guests Good food "

"Il riad e' bellissimo. Abbiamo cenato dentro al riad, una cena deliziosa ed esclusiva (eravamo in 4!) i cortili sono bellissimi, le stanze hanno le lenzuola bianche e pulite, cosa che apprezzo moltissimo. Colazione eccellente."

"Expedia rates this Riad as "impressive". Well, they're many impressive riads in Fez, but this is not one. The building is nice and could be a wonderful riad, but it's poorly managed and maintained with a result far worse than in pictures. It's definitely not a 4 starts hotel, as pretended, rather a B&B. Two people take turns 24 hours, sleeping in the sofas. They do their best, but this is not the kind of service one can expect. Breakfast is correct, not excellent. The rooms in the upper floor...

"He tried to cancel us 2 hours before check in. He said that is because he works with multiple platforms at the same time and had overbooking. We witnessed two other couple of customers with similar situations, one of them being told upon arrival. In the end, first night we stayed in another hotel booked by him and next night we had to move again to the hotel originally booked without being told with enough time, however he asked us to move again and we refused."
