Excellent property at an exotic locale overlooking mountains and woods. It has a pool, a games room, a basic gym, a spa and a bonfire and love music at dinner for romantic evenings. Rooms are well designed and spacious with big bathrooms which make you at home instantly. It also is located in such a way that if one loves trekking they need not go out of the property at all. It can be explored in the vicinity. Staff is extremely courteous and caring.

I stayed in Almost all premium properties of Oberoi and Taj but the service led by GM Gaurav Issar was the best ever I have experienced . Words are less to explain the warmth shown by each team member. Hospitality par Excellence.

The ITC Tavleen is a beautiful property nestled on a hill overlooking the Himalayas and the Shivalik valley avout 8 kms from Chail. The serenity and pristine beauty leaves you mesmerized. The property's internal road leading to the meditation room makes for a steep climb but can be done unhurriedly. The sunrise from our rooms were magical. The rooms were large and luxurious. Everything was good

Staff was excellent - Santosh was always smiling. Rahul at F&B was also friendly. Many more - they made the service 5*s and in keeping with the brand. Rooms were small and we thought the carpets were not very allergy friendly. Views were great from the balcony. Food was excellent quality and they had free options for kids 24/7.

Beautiful mountain view property with apple trees all around. The time we visited was fortunately the Apple time so we could see all trees full of apples everywhere. We hired the Premium Suite and that was awesome. Staff was very humble, customer service oriented and always there to help. Staff arranged a very nice camp fire for us, where we could order delicious food and spend a quality family time together. I did not hear about this resort earlier, just got a good deal from Hotels.com, but now...

Stay in Welcome hotel by ITC was excellent and mind freshening. Staff was spontaneously caring, courteous and brisk. Food was exceptional during our Four days of stay,they were rotating the Meenu intelligently and generously. We came here for complete relaxation, so for us the location of hotel was excellent, very calm, surrounded by pine tree mountains, clean air without traffic sounds. They should improve the WI-FI, of course our 4G was working nicely.

Great resort, very friendly staff.

The stay was excellent, specially for my mother who is on wheel chair and more over she is purely vegetarian (jain). Ms. Reena F & B manager she took very good care of my mother, she helped her in all the way she could. My children was very happy as they were involved in rabbit feeding / duck feeding, swings for them, overall the stay was excellent, will prefer all the time whenever i visit manali in future.
