"We had sewage smell in our suite which was deeply unpleasant but Lucas rapidly sorted the situation and moved us to another room and refunded our upgrade fee for the night. Broken pipes apparently. No fuss and rapidly sorted. Other than that a great stay and enjoyed it "
"My second visit to this hotel (fifth time in HK, first time I have stayed at the same hotel). It is in a great location for getting around, easy walking to some key tourist spots (Temple Street Night Market, Kowloon Park, and more), close to the MTR for getting to the islands, around Kowloon and into the New Territories. Plenty of smashing Eating places nearby and plenty of shops too!!

"This was my 5th stay in the last 12 months. The property itself is ok (a little old and tired) but the staff is wonderful. This is especially true of the housekeeping and the concierge/porter. My man, Alex, at the concierge deserves a special mention. He is always cheerful, friendly and helpful. The location is great as well. Restaurants, convenience stores within short distances. Subway, train stations and buses so close. But I will always return because of their people."
