"They have a check in you can do online but we checked in at the front desk. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Room was clean and a good size. Great location to all sorts of sightseeing adventures. Park in front of the hotel to check in and then there is a parking lot around the corner in/out privileges. Since the upgrades have been done it really is that much nicer. "

The rooms are great and the service is excellent. they have a great pool and hot tub. game rooms a library and a laundry and walking distance to everything wonderful in Victoria. They also have a shuttle service to help you get around town. If you are driving Parking is convenient and you are very close (minutes) to the ferry to Port Angeles."
"The staff are EXCELLENT. Front desk staff Yosef and Sid = fabulous. Young Mr. Fix-it came to our aid when we were having problems with one electrical plug … showed us what we were doing wrong. Gal in breakfast area = cheerful and helpful. Housekeeping staff = great. Your staff are outstanding! Room is clean and bed is very comfortable. Breakfast is very basic but an easy money saver and time saver. Being able to borrow the electric bikes and kayaks is a massive plus. So much fun! Very close to the galloping goose for bike riding and the gorge for kayaking. Thanks!"
