The hotel is luxurious great location beautiful to say the least but also the staff including the concierge the front area manager the front desk were awesome people highly professional courteous polite and very Hospital. I even made to few networks working with the beautiful polite professional concierge Rose Lee and connected her with the Tampa Bay Area concierge Association at my home City Tampa Bay Florida.
