"I was not actually able to stay at this location. I had my reservation, but a few hours before my arrival, I got a note through hotels.com that they are unable to accommodate me because they overbooked. They offered for me sleep in a tent on their location. I thought that was strange, but upon asking for a refund, I was never contacted again."

"The hotel and layout is dated but clean. Very convenient with tram station just outside the hotel. Close to convenience store and supermarket. Also close to restaurants. "

"Dash Living is in the heart of where the action is. You can walk to a multitude of restaurants, bars and shops. It's a 10 minute walk to the transit system, or you can walk a bit more and catch the ferries to Kowloon. The location is ideal."

"Decent stay, typical room size for HK so no complains. Location is convenient near Sheung Wan MTR station. I’d suggest taking taxi to hotel from airport express station or airport as HK generally is hilly, however doable from train station (though train station has plenty of stairs). Check out is at 11am, however counter staff are helpful and may extend if required. Overall no complains, will stay here again if in HK"
