The room was dirty, one of the lamps didn’t work. I try making me a tea and the coffee maker was dirty the water came out brown. The sheets were all wrinkly they looked dirty. The room didn’t look like they had cleaned it.

Reserved a king bed but received room with 2 queens. First room had a foul odor and beds were disheveled with hairs on them. Switched to a different room and that one was clean and smelled better. The 2nd room had a lamp that was flickering and eventually went out in the morning. The A/C is controlled by what the temp is outside, so we couldn’t turn it on even though the room was warm.

It's sad that Hilton standards has gone down
Very unprofessional I checked in. no toilet paper in the restroom and the toilet was clogged. It took them 30 minutes before they came and fixed the problem in the restroom! And they forgot to give me a parking pass so my car doesn't get towed away.!
