Another successfully visit
This has become our go-to when we visit our adult children and granfdson. Always clean reasonably priced and the staff are amazing. While my wife and I are very particular about bed/mattress firmness, I'm sure the beds are fine for most and the rooms are otherwise comfortable. Overall just a great value.

Evicting a paying business traveler
I was repeatedly locked out of my room (214) because of a defective lock. After it happened a second time I requested a different room with a working lock they told me that they were booked up (although the parking lot was half empty) When I told them I would contact Best Western I received a call from a woman who said I had to leave immediately forcing me to book another room at a different hotel. These Armenian operators are running your brand and Best Western's brand right into the ground. I will not stay at a Best Western or use your service again for business travel. Book this place at your own risk. If you can't get into your room or lock the door you may be evicted for complaining..

Interior hallways were being painted the entire week of my stay. I could deal with that OK but also did not have any large size bath soap to use but did have the smaller size. The smaller size is less convenient when showering. Also, I had no hair wash whatsoever until I asked one of the maids to provide a new container. The location of the hotel was convenient for my purpose in being in Sacramento.
