The exterior of the hotel and lobby were beautiful and there was free breakfast but that's where the hotel's pro's ended. The con's: I had reserved the hotel online around 12noon and arrived after 3pm which is the check in time. The staff who were there, did not know anything about my 3-night stay even after I showed them my online reservation. Since they were not prepared for us, we had to wait for an hour to get a room. Once inside the room, we settled in and laid down. The air conditioner worked but was awkwardly positioned to blow cold air directly onto the beds, on our faces to be more exact, as we rested on the bed. This made it very uncomfortable to sleep or even lay down. The bathroom, leaked water on over half of the floor since day one. The air conditioner also dripped water and soaked two of my luggage and contents. Their solution? Mop and place clean towels on the floors to prevent further puddles or accident. Needless to say, we left on day two. When we told them why we were leaving, they still asked us to pay for the third night and staff couldn't care less about our experience at the hotel. Just aweful.
