We arrived on Monday 25th August 2025. We checked in after driving from Kruger National Park. After a long drive, we were greeted with fresh juice and popcorn in reception. The check-in process took a couple of minutes, and we were allocated our 2-bedroom villa. The villa had a lovely, spacious main bedroom with a double bed with an ensuite bathroom with a bath and a separate shower. The second bedroom had two single beds with an en suite bathroom with a bath with a shower over it. The kitchen was fully equipped with a fridge freezer and dishwasher and has everything you need to prepare a meal for your family. The villa I had booked had a splash pool. When I arrived, the splash pool had a cover over it. When I took it over, there was quite a lot of debris in it. None of my family felt like using it due to this. As we had been travelling, we were looking to do some laundry when I booked. I had checked, and laundry facilities were listed as one of the amenities. I went to reception and was told laundry could be left at reception and it would be returned by 21:00 the next evening so there were no laundry facilities on site this was disappointing. On the first evening, we got the free shuttle into Sun City for dinner, which was really handy. On day 2, we went out for the day and returned in the early afternoon and used the mini golf course, which was really good.
