It was great—I just wish I would have known before dragging my three bags from the entrance of the complex a quarter mile to the URBAN bldg (b/c taxi driver said he would have to pay for parking if he took me beyond the entrance gate) that the building/hotel I booked was not where my room was, due to refugees newly taking all the rooms in the bldg I had booked. It’s great that Bonvoy/Correndon is helping the refugees; it would have been perfect if they had hotel staff waiting at the front gate to tell reserved guests to go to the central building for check-in instead of letting me wander around, back-and-forth, for a half mile with heavy suitcase. Other than that, service was impeccable. Great job.
