Plan to stay only for 3 nights. However, the staffs hospitality win my hearts and continue another 2 more days. Shout out to Mr. Annas, Ms. Judith, Mr. Fa fa and Ms. Alicia for their attentiveness, professionalism and excellent hospitality. Room is big and clean. Breakfast have lots choices. Location is very strategic.

Great staff makes for an excellent experience
While this hotel is dated, it is in good condition. The food is good. The best thing about this place is the staff. They are fantastic. The consistently exceed expectations and make the stay here very pleasant. I have stayed here at least 5 times now; I keep coming back because of how the staff makes me feel. The location is also excellent.

A hotel to return to
An extremely good hotel, seems underrated but I was fortunate enough to give an event in this hotel and therefore booked a room for a week. The room was good, the elevators worked well, the food and service was international. Also the only Starbucks in Jakarta open 24/7 is 5 minutes away by taxi. I will come again.

It's my first time I stayed at this hotel. Recommended by my good friend, this hotel is big,clean and very convenient. Very close to shopping malls and monument national. A little disappointed when I checked in and they gave me a room that's not ready but quickly the front desk switched to different rooms . Overall I'm satisfied and definitely would come back sometime.

Convenient location to train station and malls.
It was my third time staying at this hotel when I went to Jakarta. I like the interior designs, especially the bathroom. If you use Gambir station for your transportation, this hotel is located about 10 min by car from the station. All staff welcome you and tries their best to make sure my stay is comfortable. I will definitely go back to this hotel again when I go to Jakarta next time

Everything is great and the staff is amazing. The hotel view is also good and swimming pool is so big. Breakfast could be better if they limited the number of people at the same time, but the manager immediately noticed the confusion and solved it. Just one thing to improve the water controller for the shower is hard to manage, sometimes super hot, other times cold. Great hotel! Thank you!
