Our apartment was wonderful and the staff were great. We speak only a little Spanish, so having the desk staff being able to communicate with us in English was helpful. The entry for our first floor room was in the alley, but I think almost all the other rooms were from the inside of the building.

Good stay in centre of Alicante. Good apartment, no views though apart from roof top pool, which was good, although filters probably need cleaning as pool was sandy, and sun beds in way of shower. Easy ten to fifteen minutes stroll to beach and location is right in the centre. Staff excellent.

The apartment was as described and as seen in photos. Central location near bus and tram stops. Fully equipped to self cater. Had everything we needed including dishwasher tablets and a laundry tablet as well as washing up cloths and liquid. We didn’t use the pool on the roof, it is small but would be ideal to cool down on a hot day. The staff were friendly and helpful and allowed us to leave bags in the store before our check in time. We had a most enjoyable stay and would recommend.

The appartement itself was very nice. The rooms had good beds, the livingroom was spacious and the kitchen had every basic needs to cook a meal. The location however is both an advantage as disadvantage as it is located in the centre of Alicante so everything is nearby. But that also means it can be very noisy in the street, especially in the weekend. Earplugs are highly recommended..

We found the property to be first class for location, helpful staff comfortable and had excellent facilities for those people with a later flight. The luggage storage was super and secure. Their was also a grt shower and toilet facility next to the luggahe storage which cld be ised afyer check out if required. This is a thoughtful layout. My only complaint would be that our apt cld have done with a paint refresh and perhaps the flooring. All in all I wld recommend to any traveller looking for a good experience in Alicante.
