The staff was nice. The room was ok, but our toilet hadn’t been cleaned. Someone also spilled ketchup in the hallway so I told the front desk. It was still there in the morning. My husband went to get coffee a few minutes before 6am and was told he wasn’t allowed, even though it says coffee 24/7.

It was ok for Pearl, lots of stains everywhere, curtains have seen better days. bed/sheets were fine. TV was a little tricky to turn on. If a cell phone is in the same room as your door card I guess it wipes it. I had to reprogram it every day. overall its fine for the price. it was quiet which is rare for any hotel, and much appreciated.

The property offered an affordable option but the room is in need of some maintenance and repairs. The staff was courteous and helpful which was a nice surprise. The room had holes in the carpet, outlet covers broken, cabinet doors broken, and the chair and ottoman was stained and in need of deep cleaning or replacement.
