First class all the way. From walking into the hotel, check-in, our entire stay until check-out, we had an amazing experience. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the room was outstanding and well appointed, the resort is in a very walkable location. I have no claims during my stay but the only one thing that I may be able to say is that the remote control system of TV did not work as usual, which means too slow when transferring an order such as an alphabet for searching the title on Youtube, changing from TV to others on home menu. For those regular travellers to Japan. This is another 5-stars hotel for the locals! The hotel facilities are 5-stars. Bellboys and housekeeping are exceptional but the checkin and checkout processes felt robotics, unwelcome, fake. The fact that both ladies at checkin and checkout satdown behind the table at all times and did not get up said so much about the whole experience. Aloha!

40th Anniversary Yokohama
Out of all our travels and dozens of different hotels we’ve stayed at around the world, The Kahala Yokohama is by far the best hotel! Their hospitality, rooms, cleanliness, tops any other. We will recommend this place to others visiting Yokohama.
