Great hotel, narrow beds
Hotel is very nice, room was small but ok, we had a twin room and the beds were really narrow, felt like we're could have fallen out of bed. Best thing about the hotel is the location next to the NEC saved BP Pulse. Excellent for concerts and exhibitions.

Fantastic location for the NEC. Close to Rearot world for food and entertainment. Parking with large spaces a shrot walk from hotel. Will definitely use this hotel again for future visits.

Good Stay, but Parking is an issue
Everything was good staff food room my only complaint would be the parking is a good distance from the hotel. It’s at least a 10 minute walk. I don’t have a blue badge but I am waiting for a knee operation so this is not a good one if you have trouble walking.

Great stay at NEC
Great stay and location next to NEC where we were going. The staff were very friendly, free drink on arrival and bag drop space for pre check-in time. Modern room, comfy bed, lovely shower room with complimentary toiletries. Breakfast was very nice, plentiful and a great selection of everything hot and cold.

No sleep for two nights
Was booked into a family room on the 5th floor room number 537. There was an ongoing noise of what can only be described as "water filling a tank" the noise went on all day and night with short interruptions. Hardly had any sleep over the two nights of my stay, by far my worst ever experience staying in a hotel.

Travelling with disabled son in a power wheelchair
My son is severely disabled and i was a bit concerned if we would manage in a hotel but it was perfect for us.Plenty of room in the bedroom and parking right next to the hotel.Brrakfast was brilliant and we all enjoyed it.I would definitely stay here again as we practically rolled out of bed into the Nec.
