Good one!
It was overall good. Room that I stayed in was in good condition, everything working perfectly and well kept. Just the entrance to the hotel that needs some work in terms of the scent of cigarettes sometimes and the elevator but I believe work is ongoing so yeah it was good for me I’ll say.

Surprisingly Clean and Comfortable room
From outside hotel looks like an ordinary place. This establishment seemed to be going through renovations so inside seemed very disorganized. Management staff behind the reception desk was amazingly friendly and helpful. My room had all the amenities one could require. I loved the fact that floors were wooden and were very nicely cleaned. Bed was very comfortable. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here.

Disgusting/ Prostitution/ Drugs/ Dangerous
This is a disgusting place. There were prostitutes there with men coming in and out all throughout the night. I could smell weed and cigarettes the entire time I was there. You could hear them having relations (loudly) and then fighting over money. Two men came beating on my door at 11pm and I did not sleep after that, I was so scared. Also the hot water didn’t work so I couldn’t even shower. I wish I would have spent more money on a nicer place. Oh and the elevator had a plywood floor!

DO NOT STAY HERE
The entire building smells like cigarettes and weed. The building itself is not in good shape and there was a lot of old material, furniture, and mattresses in the hallway. The booking was for a non-smoking room, but the room had a strong cigarette smell. I was refused a refund and ended up having to leave to find a new hotel.

Terrible stay in an unclean room
Room was dirty. Towels were dirty. There was a huge piece of meat rotting in the freezer. Bathroom did not have hot water. Curtains would not cover up completely leaving me to tape it to completely block of peek from the windows. I have a feeling that the room was not cleaned before giving to me.

Danger Will Robinson!!
The cleanliness of this room was horrible. There were stains, mold and mildews on the curtains. The refrigerator was old & outdated with broken handles. I probably would have dealt with all of that only because I needed a place to stay due to unforeseen circumstances, but the room was already occupied by the roaches which Hastened my departure.

First this was not the staff's issue, it is an owner issue and Expedia issue. I took pictures because so unbelievable. Sent to expedia on night there. He called Mainstay. We left and got another room, which cost $200 untop of the $65 plus, that was not refunded to us. I will never recommend either establishment. This was an unbelievable experience.

Worst hotel ever
This was easily the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The doors at the entrance were wide open, dirt and debris from a renovation were scattered all over the floors in the lobby and hallways, the room smelled like mildew and weed, the faucet in the tub ran all night and the area was not the best. Numerous homeless people on and near the property, and there were multiple gunshots throughout the night. Highly recommend you stay somewhere else.

This place needs a good cleaning and disinfecting.
The hallways were dirty. Room doors were dirty. Inside the room the carpet was dirty dresser drawers were dirty and had trash in them. Mattress was wore out and almost folded in the middle of it. There was a table to possibly sit and eat at, if there were chairs to do that. Room had a full size fridge in it that someone had wrote looked like FU on it but was marked through. Bathroom was the cleaness thing in the room, but it was about a 6 on it at best. Super sketchy location, so be aware.

ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES!!!! Do not stay here!! I’m trying to save as many people from making the same mistake as I did! It ruined my trip and had to pay for a new hotel! I found 2 roaches within 3 hours of me checking in! When I told the front desk he just shrugged and said well send housekeeping to your room in the morning. He wasn’t even surprised to hear that. I told him I’m not staying in a roach infested room & he said he wouldn’t give me a refund for that night! He said the only way he’d be able to give me one is if I had noticed in the first 15 mins after check in. Not just the rooms but the whole hotel looks sketchy and dirty.
