A melhor opção em Araruama
A pousada é muito agradável, com uma vista maravilhosa da Lagoa. O quarto é confortável e o café da manhã é excelente. Observei apenas os seguintes pontos negativos: falta uma limpeza geral nos azulejos do box; não consegui conectar a Internet nem acessar nenhum canal de tv.

Ótima localização e infraestrutura, apesar das obras em andamento no local. O ponto negativo foi 2 hóspedes colocando caixa de som em alto volume e os funcionários da pousada nada fizeram.

O quarto estava sem papel higiênico, solicitei e foi entregue no local errado. Precisei solicitar pessoalmente. A piscina estava com peças faltando do acabamento e demorou a liberar pela manutenção diária, sendo liberada por volta das 10h e o horário era às 09:00. No café da manhã, os itens demoravam a ser repostos.

Boa pousada
A pousada tem as instalações externas muito bonitas, bem cuidadas. Restaurante lindo e café da manhã muito gostoso com funcionários solícitos. A pousada surpreendeu positivamente. O que não combina com os quartos que precisam de reforma, com piso ainda em cerâmica e em especial o banheiro, muito antigo, com o suporte da ducha higiênica quebrado o que acabava deixando a mesma caída no chão. Tinham cabelos na pia quando cheguei no quarto. Cobertores muito finos, estava frio e senti de madrugada. Sugiro uma reforma gradual dos quartos que elevará substancialmente o nível da pousada já que as instalações comuns surpreenderam pelo modernismo e beleza.
