Great hotel, beautiful rooms. Hotel bar is great. You can use the gym just 50m down the road. Great area of Basel to be in, easy to walk or get the tram/bus everywhere. The first two nights I was in a room facing the road that was extremely noisy, thankfully they moved me to a courtyard room which was much quieter.

Stayed 3 nights and would definitely return to this boutique hotel in great location. Excellent wifi, 24-hour access to unlimited nespresso coffee machines on each floor, and loved the cold sparkling water available at the coffee stations. Rooms vary in size, but smarttly laid out. Great service from front desk; grateful for the daily delivery (on request) of large bucket of ice.

Location was very noisy, with social/restaurant area beneath two windows, and then a street where deliveries took place from about 5:30am beneath the other windows - so with windows open to try and control the temperature, sleep was limited due to the noise
