Consequently, I experienced difficulty breathing throughout the night, resulting in considerable discomfort and sleeplessness. While I understand the absence of late operational desk and check-in procedures, I believe that emergency situations should be handled with greater urgency and care. I wish to emphasize that I intend to escalate this incident to the relevant authorities in Germany. Such oversights should not recur, as they pose serious risks to guests' well-being.
