Breakfast at the restaurant was excellent! We appreciated the friendly, efficient service. Also, the price. The front desk staff were helpful and pleasant. The property as a whole is in need of upgrades (ie carpets) and refurbishing.

Staff was excellent. Hotel was located conveniently for our needs. Restaurant was comfortable w/good service. Unfortunately both indoor & outdoor pools were not open. Outdated, worn carpet in hallways & rooms. The place looks like it could use some attention.

Rehan, 3-night trip

2/10 Poor

the amenities offered were closed with no advanced notice, hotel was rundown, filthy, carpets throughout and in the room (was rippled) & restaurant were filthy , receptionist has torn jeans, Restaurant - carpets were not cleaned in weeks. Windows were dirty. Service & food in the restaurant was acceptable.
Monica, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

It could use a lot of renovation. The building is very old.
Christine, 2-night trip

2/10 Poor

We have golfed here numerous times and really like the course. The “resort” however, is run down, neglected and has poor service. During our stay, the pool was closed and the satellite wasn’t working so there was literally nothing to do once we got back to our room. Our balcony overlooked a parking lot. The staff didn’t seem bothered by this in the least. Would never stay here again.

Disappointed .pool not available...then cable tv not available...hardly space for parkling..considerin your price..not impressive.
Sharon, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

The staffs are so rude and unfriendly and unprofessional! They even didn’t know when the restaurant will open. We had to go out and have our dinner at The Dockside Patio as the Stone 21 restaurant of Pinestone resort was closed. No body should visit this place. Worst place for a getaway! Don’t recommend at all! Go to Bonnie View Inn and have food at The Dockside Patio. Very friendly and professional staffs and amazing view.
Sanjida, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Room keys didn’t work at first, screen door doesn’t close, air conditioning didn’t work and pool wasn’t available. Not too pleased being our first time here. Won’t be back.
Erin, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

The place is outdated . Rooms are moldy and carpet have stains. Until this place has been remodeled it is a health hazzard. Do not stay. I feel horrible for Pamela at reception how is very ninnice.
