Our room was great and we enjoyed our stay. This was after a 5+hour drive due to Hurricane Milton. But once there, the 4 day stay was great and we'd probably stay there again.

Carpeting in unit was stained, Sandpiper pool walls and bottom looked dirty but were stained and unattractive. TV signal would drop out occasionally, causing picture to freeze.

Pleasantly surprised
Gladys Cprdova was very warm and welconig, polite and professional. Check in was fast and efficient. I had tried for three days to get a room outside the path of Hurricane Milton. This was the first room i found available. It was amazing. I was truly blessed to end up here.

Hotel appears a bit dated. Furniture was very old. Bathroom sink is for a midget…very low. Room was spacious and had all the basics needed. Provided coffee, but ONLY for 1 cup, not even a whole pot. Resort was ok, but it needs some work and updates.
