My stay at the Crowne Plaza was very nice. The staff was very friendly and professional as well as helpful. The only complaint I had was there was no room maintenance and I had to call for towels the next evening.

The hotel is in a great location for spending a bunch of time on Bourbon Street. Our room was at the back of the hotel that faced bourbon so it was loud at night when trying to sleep. Our room had red stains on the carpet from when someone clearly spilled something. The carpet just looked old. The room was outdated but comfortable. You could just tell the hotel was old in the guest room areas. The lobby is beautiful and clearly updated. I would stay here again if I got a cleaner room.
