Refurbished hotel but poor service

Hotel has recently been refurbished and looks good and rooms have been refreshed with a good shower area. The beds are poor rock solid and not a great sleep. Biggest disappointment is pool closed when 20 degrees and the staff are not very friendly. Rude in the morning at breakfast demanding room numbers, slow service and at the bar with stressed staff trying to serve drinks and make food.

Nice hotel nice area

We stayed there for three nights, we loved it! the staff is really nice , specially Maria, she is great. She really takes care of the people with helpful advices. So friendly and kind!. The breakfast is good. We really liked.Despite the hotel is not at the Barcelona center the public transportation is good (Tram)is just afew minutes walk and the trip is not more than 20 minutes. If you like quite areas. This hotel, will be perfect for you. I would come back again!!
