Again nice experience. Third or fourth time in this hotel. Some small issues: some Friday night not-so-loud noises from street to 2nd. But silent enough. Bistro renovation going on, need to find another restaurant nearby. Thanks for early check-in with only 200 SEK extra fee, the reserved room was available in the morning.

Perfekt läge - finns lite att jobba på
Mest positiva först - läget precis vid Medborgarplatsen är fantastiskt, ständigt liv och rörelse och nära till Söders alla fina ställen. Delar av Hotellet i sig är under renovering vilket behövs då det definitivt sett bättre dagar. Rent och snyggt dock, relativt fräscha rum och bekväma sängar. Wi-Fi fritt, snabbt och stabilt. Luftkonditioneringen inte tillräckligt bra för att sänka temperaturen till önskad temperatur och trots påpekande om en trasig dusch och löfte om att det skulle fixas så hände inget. Personalen i receptionen effektiv men oengagerad, frukostpersonalen desto trevligare men i och med ombyggnaden måste frukosttider bokas och vid sen incheckning finns det inte mycket att välja på. Frukosten i sig helt ok, inget extra, inget som direkt saknas. Tunnelbana direkt under hotellet och busshållplats några meter ifrån, lätt att ta sig vart som helst i stan, mindre än 15 minuter till T-centralen. Parkering på gatan om man har tur annars p-hus i närheten, hotellet har ingen egen parkering . Som helhet ett bra ställe att bo på (framför allt för omgivningarna och närheten till Göra Lejon om man ska se en föreställning där), finns saker som kan förbättras och totalt en tre i nuläget men med potential att bli bättre

Mini badrum å rörig frukost
Standard rummet Toalett hade en dusch med en sväng glasdörr typ, utrymmet var så litet hela badrums golvet blev blött efter en dusch. Det lilla lilla handfatet var intryckt i ett hörn, fanns inte någon yta att ställa nåt på själva handfatet. Det var det minsta badrummet vi någonsin haft på något hotell. Frukost buffé var så rörigt det upplevdes huller om buller
