When booking, realize that you will be charged $10/night for a "business"/"resort" fee in addition to the price listed on Hotels.com. Also, the front door is locked at roughly 6:00pm and the side doors you may use your room key to enter the property up until 9:00pm. So, if you have late evening plans, this may be an issue for you as it was for me. Overall, the room was clean and well tended by the housekeeping staff. But, there were the 2 unexpected surprises that earned it a 4 instead of 5 star review.

Great stay, quiet comfy rooms, great room service. The hotel is a little outdated but clean and in good condition. No elevator but 2nd floor rooms are cheaper. I’d say best value for your money in rapid city. Will stay here again if/when work brings me back up here. You get cheaper rates booking directly through the hotel rather than on this app

Generally pretty good stay. I noticed several pubic hairs in and around the bathtub and housekeeping missed some spots around the sink. There was also a dirty sheet in the dresser drawer.
