Really good central location and value for money. Filter water, coffee and ice provided and decent sized room for the area. Very convenient.

6/10 Good

No refrigerator in room unless requested, no mini bar, no lobby. Friendly and helpful staff and a decent sized room. Over priced for the amenities and relatively run down atmosphere.

8/10 Very good

I really loved the location of this hotel. Was convenient to much that I wanted to see. The room was fine but for a few things: the toilet does not flush well, the conditioner was empty in the shower, the coffee set up was not replenished. The room key was kind of tricky as well. The bed was very comfortable. I would probably stay there again.

6/10 Good

Overall, decent place to stay. Nothing fancy , very basic…very outdated decor. Bed was comfy, linens and towels were clean, just nothing special about the place. Good central location, but super noisy of course. Other neighborhoods, like west village or upper east side will not be as loud. I really think this place costs more than in should. No food offerings, or beverages, on premises. Not the worst place though.

This property is in a great location, and the staff was excellent! It was clean and comfortable. I would have liked to have a few more items in the room, such as a fridge in the room, but overall the stay was wonderful.

Located in a good location easy to move around, I recommend paying for parking online so you can save more if you paying for parking. Check in and out was so easy and fast.

Well located, comfortable hotel, with very attentive staff. The ample and reasonably equipped gym would merit some maintenance.

6/10 Good

Once a fantastic property current owners are running a barebones operation. Terrible amenities in room. Cabinetry broken. High prices. At least fitness center was solid.

My dad had a medication that needed to be refrigerated and the staff was very kind and went out of their way to accommodate including after checkout when we were storing our luggage. Thanks so much!!
