I would like to express my deep dissatisfaction with the experience I had during my stay at the Leonardo Royal Hotel in Mallorca. I stayed for 3 days, and unfortunately, it was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had.
First of all, the room we were assigned was in unacceptable condition. It was visibly dirty, with mold on the walls, and the smell was unbearable. We tried to request a room change, but were given no reasonable alternatives.
Additionally, the hotel staff, from security personnel to waiters and receptionists, were rude and unprofessional. No one smiled, nor did they make any effort to be welcoming. It felt as though we were an inconvenience to them at every turn.
The breakfast and dinner schedules were unnecessarily strict, and as the time approached, we were practically rushed out by staff as if we were unwelcome.
Overall, our stay was a nightmare, and we would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The lack of cleanliness, customer service, and basic hospitality was appalling.
I expect that these issues will be addressed promptly, as no guest should have to endure such a negative experience
