Ten Star Treatment at a Five Star Hotel
Wonderful people makes everything wonderful and it have been standard for this hotel. Manager Farhana and her front desk staff members have been extremely courteous and demonstrated outstanding professionalism towards their guests. It’s not only me, but most of the guests have same warm feelings and receive top quality hospitality from everyone.
Manager, chef and everyone in cafeteria (lobby restaurant), always have provided exceptional services and exceeded expectations for me as well as other guests.
One small suggestion for main entrance security staff. I suggest administrators must keep an eye on them. They demonstrated some laziness and slow. Also sometimes they have been asking for tips to the walking customers and car passengers. I think proper training and discipline can improve their productivity and behaviors.
