Not sure why but the tissues in the bathroom were all wet and couldn’t be used. In the morning when I cleaned out the ice bucket, a large bug came out and gave me quite a scare. It was in a great location. Quiet. Staff was extremely friendly. The two negatives did not outway the positives.

The hotel is very nice, however not being able to have food service or a bar in the evenings is inconvenient. I realize that there is a tough labor market, however the corporate structure needs to change to accommodate guests needs. At the very least, offer lite fare at night and alcohol beverage options even if they are ready to drink options (which the market is full of them) for guests to enjoy after a long day. The small f&b team that you have is excellent and should be acknowledged for their hard work. Tina is wonderful!
