The bed and room was lovely and clean, the water was hot, the WiFi was stable. Ground floor room was convenient parking out the front of our room was a bonus. The only let-down for this stay was the breakfast, cereal and honey buns with coffee and juice, but it was ok. Good value stay

Greeted with a friendly smile
After a long hard day of work out on the road it's nice to be welcomed with a smile. Not my first stay with this hotel. I always try to book here when I'm in the area. Comfortable and quiet everytime so I'm guaranteed a good nights sleep. Rooms are very accommodating with frig, microwave, coffee pot. Price is reasonable too.

The motel was relatively clean. There were approximately 50 or so mexicans staying there and had mariachi party till 2: 30 am. Told the manager the next mornong he claims he didn't hear them thats's BS the whole city of Picayune, Ms heard them

Honestly, I was to tired to care about much. I was on a business trip and found the Super 8 in the area I was servicing and booked it at a great price. The bed was very comfortable and I slept like a rock. It was quiet so that was also appreciated. It worked for me and I'll stay again when in the area.
